Abstract This report presents data on scarce passerine migrants recorded in Britain during 2013. As in the non-passerine section (Brit. Birds 109: 21–45), it was a record year for three of the species discussed here: Red-backed Shrike Lanius collurio, Yellow-browed Warbler Phylloscopus inornatus and Little Bunting Emberiza pusilla.
