There are few wildlife artists whose work is so aesthetically distinctive and appealing as the bird illustrations of Robert Allen Fitzwilliam Gillmor, who died, aged 85, on 8th May 2022. His long life was well lived and punctuated by a wonderful array of accolades for his work.
